What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, focusing on Core HR & Compensation.
- At least one full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Ability to gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements with client teams.
- Expertise in configuring and optimizing HR processes within Oracle HCM.
- Experience creating detailed design documents and facilitating compensation process workshops.
- Support for testing cycles and cutover activities for go-live preparation.
- Certified in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation (preferred).
