What you'll do

  • Implement Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management.
  • Gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements from client teams.
  • Configure and optimize HR processes within Oracle HCM, including conversions and integrations.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed configuration tasks for absence management features.
  • Create functional and technical design documents for absence management processes.
  • Facilitate design workshops with stakeholders to understand and recommend robust designs based on Oracle functionality.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management.
  • At least 1 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation completed.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Expertise in configuring and optimizing HR processes within Oracle HCM.
  • Ability to translate requirements into detailed configuration tasks for absence management.
  • Facilitation of design workshops with business stakeholders to understand and recommend robust designs based on Oracle functionality.
  • Support planning and execution of testing cycles and cutover activities for go-live preparation.
