What you'll do

Design and build high-performance Oracle database solutions including PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
Develop and maintain ETL workflows, data transformation pipelines, and batch processing solutions for reliable data movement.
Create and manage database migration scripts, schema updates, and automated deployment packages for consistent releases.
Tune and optimize database performance using execution plans, indexing strategies, partitioning, and Oracle diagnostic tools.
Build and maintain unit, regression, and data validation tests to ensure the integrity of SQL and PL/SQL changes.
Integrate database solutions into CI/CD pipelines using automated testing, deployment, and monitoring practices.
Utilize AI-powered development tools like GitHub Copilot to accelerate coding, review, and documentation tasks.
Translate complex business requirements from stakeholders into clear, implementable technical specifications.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5 or more years of hands-on Oracle development designing and delivering complex database solutions in production environments.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL including complex query design, table design, data analysis, and table partitioning.
Practical experience with database performance tuning using execution plans, indexing strategies, partitioning, and Oracle diagnostic tools.
Exposure to cloud technologies and platforms such as OCI, AWS, or Azure.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and sprint-based workflows.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Oracle Certification (preferred); familiarity with MongoDB, SQL Server, Git/CI/CD tools, Starburst, or Python (preferred).
