Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS) Conversion Developer The Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS) Conversion Developer joins a team focused on supporting the migration and implementation of customer-facing data within the Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service platform. In this role, you will design, develop, and test essential documents such as bills, final notices, payment arrangements, and service order correspondence. You will be responsible for converting legacy utility billing artifacts into CCS-compliant templates while ensuring all business rules, data mappings, and regulatory requirements are preserved. Working within a utilities industry context, you will utilize Oracle CC&B and Customer to Meter (C2M) data structures to map usage and account information. Key responsibilities include collaborating with functional leads to validate designs against branding standards, performing unit testing, supporting UAT, and maintaining conversion specifications and reusable component libraries for ongoing maintenance and future system releases.

What you'll do

Design, develop, and test customer-facing documents such as bills and notices within Oracle Utilities CCS.
Convert legacy utility billing documents into Oracle CCS templates while preserving business rules and regulatory requirements.
Map billing, usage, and account data from CC&B or C2M structures into CCS document templates.
Gather requirements from business analysts and compliance teams to validate designs against branding standards.
Perform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to resolve defects before go-live.
Participate in go-live cutover activities and provide post-production stabilization support.
Maintain conversion specifications, template design documentation, and reusable component libraries for future releases.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 2 years experience as an Oracle Cloud CCS conversion developer.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
If holding an Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.
Experience converting legacy billing and customer communication artifacts into CCS-compliant outputs.
Experience working with Oracle CC&B / Customer to Meter (C2M) data structures.
Ability to design, develop, and test customer-facing documents like bills and payment arrangements in Oracle Utilities CCS.
Ability to map billing, usage, and account data into CCS document templates.
Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity with three days per week in the office at specified locations.
