Oracle Cloud PPM Support Consultant

What you'll do

• Provide expert guidance in Oracle Cloud Financials Project Management.
• Analyze and resolve complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders to design solutions and implement system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize disruptions to business operations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows, system configurations, and user guides.
• Identify recurring problems and propose improvements to prevent future incidents.
• Document best practices and share knowledge with the broader team.
• Ensure all systems and processes comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Cloud PPM support.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• Associate Degree with a minimum of 6 years work experience.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials Project Costing (preferred).
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to independently analyze and resolve complex software issues for system reliability.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements.
