What you'll do

Lead operational readiness activities for smooth transition from prototypes to full-scale production.
Facilitate problem resolution by partnering with Failure Analysis engineers to identify true root causes of issues.
Serve as gatekeeper of reliability risk during product ramp and production, recommending data-driven solutions.
Conduct Ongoing Reliability Testing to scale validated prototype designs into full production efficiently.
Work with sustaining and AppleCare teams to enhance reliability experience through improved factory detection methods.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in reliability testing, including mechanical stress tests.
BS degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Reliability, Materials, Optical, Industrial).
Experience with failure analysis techniques such as optical microscopy and SEM/EDS.
Knowledge of reliability models, accelerated test models, and industry standards.
Strong statistical and data analytics skills for process control and sampling methods.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive problem resolution effectively.
