What you'll do

Perform failure mode and effect analysis for PM and PdM programs.
Apply Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
Develop and train craftspersons on reliability improvement techniques.
Analyze data to create and implement equipment reliability plans.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert and lead teams in reliability improvements.
Manage and report Key Performance Indicators for reliability programs.
Conduct equipment criticality analysis for effective spare parts strategy.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering from an accredited institution
Three years of experience in maintenance, engineering, manufacturing, or plant engineering
Professional reliability credentials such as CMRP or CMRT
Experience with reliability analysis and predictive/preventive maintenance programs
Ability to read mechanical drawings and communicate technical information effectively
High proficiency in using analytical tools for troubleshooting and data analysis
