JOB TITLE: Operations DevOps, Team Lead - TS/SCI - Sign-on Bonus!!! - Relocation assistance As an Operations DevOps, Team Lead, you will guide a high-performing team responsible for the security, resilience, and reliability of critical systems hosted in OpenShift. You will lead and mentor staff in multi-environment system sustainment, administration, and maintenance while prioritizing work to ensure operational excellence. Daily tasks include performing system administration, troubleshooting, and security operations, as well as managing PKI certificates and operational compliance. You will build and enhance CI/CD deployment workflows, develop Helm charts, and implement Infrastructure as Code practices. Required skills include Cloud Architectures, DevOps, and Testing, with specific experience in containerization, networking, and DoD/IC cybersecurity requirements. You will utilize tools like GitLab, ArgoCD, ServiceNow, Jira, Terraform, Ansible, and Python or Bash to support an intelligence customer.

What you'll do

Lead and mentor a DevOps team to ensure the security and reliability of systems hosted in OpenShift.
Prioritize and distribute team tasks to ensure timely issue resolution and operational excellence.
Perform system administration, troubleshooting, testing, and security operations across multi-environment systems.
Execute system builds, hardening, configuration, and deployment automation for code received from development teams.
Support and enhance CI/CD deployment workflows and security scans.
Develop Helm charts for OpenShift deployments and implement Infrastructure as Code practices.
Manage PKI certificates, system configurations, and operational compliance.
Design and monitor user and system metrics to ensure performance and readiness.

What we're looking for

Must possess a Top Secret/SCI clearance with a CI Polygraph.
Must be a US Citizen.
Bachelor's degree in IT or a STEM field.
7+ years of experience leading teams in operations, sustainment, administration, security, or integration.
5+ years of experience implementing DoD/IC cybersecurity requirements.
3+ years of experience working with cloud technologies.
Minimum of IAT Level II certification (Security+) required; IAT Level III certification preferred.
TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
