Operations Analyst / Specialist

What you'll do

• Design and execute digital wargames, tabletop exercises, operational vignettes, and campaign-level analyses.
• Develop and analyze AFSIM scenarios to assess force employment, autonomous platforms, sensors, and mission outcomes.
• Build mission architectures, operational workflows, and requirements models using Cameo, MagicDraw, SysML, and MBSE.
• Integrate AI, multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, and LLM-enabled tools into wargaming and analysis workflows.
• Translate sponsor questions into credible models, experiments, findings, and actionable recommendations.
• Brief government sponsors and senior leadership on analytical results, assumptions, and decision implications.

What we're looking for

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must possess or be eligible to obtain a DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in operational analysis, defense modeling and simulation, systems engineering, mission engineering, or wargaming.
• Experience with AFSIM and Python.
• Working experience with Cameo, MagicDraw, SysML, and MBSE related modeling and requirements traceability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and operational audiences.
• Preferred experience with AI, multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, or digital decision-support tools.
