Operating Engineer S3 - Critical Environments

What you'll do

• Maintain and monitor data center systems to ensure 100% uptime.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment across various mechanical and electrical systems.
• Record readings and adjust settings for proper operation of critical equipment.
• Manage work orders and interact with CMMS, vendors, and customers.
• Comply with emergency procedures and manage incidents affecting critical systems.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years related work experience in facility operations or maintenance
• Strong technical expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and controls
• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot complex building management systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
• Capable of performing physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Experience with CMMS, vendor management, and customer-facing ticketing systems
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and hazardous material handling
