Operating Engineer S2 - Critical Environments

What you'll do

• Manage and coordinate union activities and member relations.
• Negotiate collective bargaining agreements with management.
• Provide guidance on labor laws and regulations compliance.
• Handle grievances and disputes between members and employers.
• Plan and organize union meetings, events, and training sessions.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using property management software and MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned area.
• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration or related field.
