As Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager for LATAM, you will join a dynamic team focused on expanding the real-world adoption of tokenized assets on the XRP Ledger. Your role involves developing and executing ecosystem growth strategies tailored to local regulatory environments, identifying high-potential startups and developers, and building strategic partnerships with accelerators, VCs, and FinTech firms. You will support startups from inception through mainnet launch, assess grant applications, facilitate introductions to key resources, and provide ongoing guidance to portfolio companies. Additionally, you will work closely with DevRel, Partner Engineering, Product, and Product Marketing teams to shape go-to-market strategies and iterate based on ecosystem performance. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience in venture capital, ecosystem partnerships, or FinTech growth roles, with a strong understanding of financial instruments, regulatory frameworks, and tokenization trends.
Develop and execute ecosystem growth strategies for XRPL tailored to LATAM’s regulatory and market conditions.
Identify, evaluate, and support high-potential startups building on XRPL from inception to mainnet launch.
Build strategic alliances with accelerators, VCs, FinTech firms, and ecosystem service providers in LATAM.
Structure partnership agreements that drive balanced growth of the XRPL ecosystem across LATAM.
Guide portfolio companies through regulatory challenges and provide ongoing support for accelerated growth.
Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on tokenization and digital asset adoption in LATAM.
What we're looking for

Proven ability to structure and lead strategic partnerships with early-stage teams.
Experience navigating diverse regulatory environments across multiple markets.
