OneStream Senior Developer The OneStream Senior Developer joins the team to lead technical design and delivery of complex OneStream XF implementations across the full lifecycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing functional OneStream solutions that meet specific business requirements, managing work efforts, and supporting the new business proposal process through SOW preparation and RFP responses. The role requires expertise in multi-dimensional cubes, metadata maintenance, security configurations, and report and dashboard development. Technical skills include programming in VB.net or C#, as well as proficiency in SQL and XML. Candidates must possess OneStream certification and experience with Data Management sequences to solve complex problems within the enterprise performance management domain.

What you'll do

Lead the technical design and delivery of complex OneStream XF implementations.
Develop functional OneStream solutions that meet specific business requirements using deep technical expertise.
Create business rules using VB.net or C# and develop Data Management sequences.
Build reports, dashboards, and manage multi-dimensional cubes and metadata configurations.
Mentor junior developers and drive platform best practices within the team.
Support the new business proposal process by creating business cases, SOWs, and RFP responses.
Manage small teams or work efforts for both internal projects and client engagements.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of experience).
Must have an Associate’s Degree with work experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience developing OneStream platforms including multi-dimensional cubes, metadata maintenance, and security configurations.
Minimum of 2 years of experience developing business rules in VB.net or C#.
Minimum of 2 years of experience developing Data Management sequences and steps.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in report and dashboard development.
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading technical workstreams and mentoring junior developers.
Must be OneStream Certified (OCA) Administration or Implementor, or willing to become certified within 6 months.
