The N&V EPM- Noise and Vibration Engineering Program Manager, Acoustics is responsible for driving large cross functional teams to resolve diverse noise and vibration issues across all product lines. This role requires combining deep technical engineering expertise with program management skills to drive complex multi-physics noise issues to closure while balancing technical complexities and schedule requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving project activities from development to ramp, prioritizing multiple programs, identifying risks, and providing status updates to executive management. The position requires a BSME or BSEE and experience in project management, communication, and leadership. Preferred qualifications include a technical background in EE, ME, or NVH, with hands-on experience in System Dynamics, Mechanical Noise, Electrical Noise, or Fan Noise, as well as experience working with OEM/ODM partners.
