What you'll do

  • Troubleshoot production network issues involving store systems, wireless clients, POS connectivity, DNS/DHCP, routing, firewalls, SD-WAN, and application reachability.
  • Plan and execute network changes, including implementation, validation, documentation, and rollback preparation.
  • Support hands-on activities in local office, lab, and data center environments for equipment installation, migrations, and maintenance.
  • Contribute to network automation and operational improvements using tools such as Ansible, GitLab, Python, APIs, templates, and source-controlled documentation.
  • Maintain network standards, diagrams, runbooks, monitoring, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Develop expertise in areas such as routing, wireless, SD-WAN, network access control, automation, and cloud networking.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of network engineering experience supporting enterprise networks.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, DNS/DHCP, and troubleshooting tools.
  • Experience with enterprise switching, wireless, routing, and SD-WAN environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot production issues using packet captures, logs, and monitoring platforms.
  • Plan and execute network changes following sound change management practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including infrastructure and security.
