What you'll do

Deliver high-performing mobile features for over 100 million customers using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
Provide technical leadership for mobile architecture, design patterns, and reusable component development.
Mentor other engineers through code reviews, feedback, and sharing platform-specific best practices.
Design and develop Backend-for-Frontends (BFFs) and Server-Driven UI (SDUI) architectures.
Implement engineering practices such as feature flags and staged rollouts to improve delivery quality.
Champion the adoption of agentic AI tools and AI-native development practices to increase team velocity.
Drive standards for performance, accessibility, and high-quality user experience across mobile platforms.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
At least 3 years of experience building native mobile applications for Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift).
Experience with modern native UI frameworks like SwiftUI or Jetpack Compose (preferred).
Experience designing and building automated testing suites for mobile (preferred).
Experience with performance tuning, scalable architectures, and reusable component libraries (preferred).
Experience with Backend-for-Frontends (BFFs), Server-Driven UI (SDUI), and feature flag strategies (preferred).
Expertise with agentic AI coding tools and on-device ML frameworks (preferred).
