As a Mobile Engineer 4, you will join an agile team to drive major transformation across mobile platforms for iOS and Android. You will also manage feature flags, staged rollouts, and integrate agentic AI tools into the development workflow. This position focuses on solving complex mobile ecosystem challenges, including performance tuning, accessibility, and advanced UI patterns to deliver high-quality products for a large customer base.

What you'll do

Deliver high-performing mobile features for over 100 million customers across iOS and Android platforms.
Provide technical leadership for mobile architecture, design patterns, and reusable component development.
Mentor other engineers through code reviews, feedback, and sharing of platform-specific best practices.
Design and develop Backend-for-Frontends (BFFs) and Server-Driven UI (SDUI) architectures to ensure scalable experiences.
Implement engineering practices for feature flags and staged rollouts to improve product quality.
Champion the adoption of agentic AI tools and mentor others in AI-native development practices.
Drive standards for performance, accessibility, and high-quality user experience across all mobile products.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
At least 3 years of experience building native mobile applications for Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift).
Experience with modern native UI frameworks like SwiftUI or Jetpack Compose (preferred).
Experience designing and building automated testing suites for mobile (preferred).
Experience with performance tuning, scalable architectures, and reusable component libraries (preferred).
Experience with Backend-for-Frontends (BFFs), Server-Driven UI (SDUI), and feature flag strategies (preferred).
Expertise with agentic AI coding tools and on-device ML frameworks (preferred).
