  • Manage scheduling of facilities operators to ensure proper coverage at each shift.
  • Ensure continuous operation of all building infrastructure systems through maintenance and repairs.
  • Provide direction and training to mission critical facilities operators and maintenance staff.
  • Direct vendor personnel for technical support not performed by facility operators.
  • Maintain 100% uptime reliability in mission critical facilities operations.

What we're looking for

  • Required: High School diploma or GED equivalent, technical training/degree.
  • Desired: 7+ years related work experience in mission critical environments with supervisory roles.
  • Required: Operating Engineer license and Universal CFC’s license.
  • Subject matter expertise in HVAC, emergency power systems, and associated infrastructure.
  • Ability to provide direction for repair, maintenance, and service of building infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of mission critical system operations, maintenance, engineering principles.
  • On call 24/7 with the ability to maintain calm during emergencies.
