What you'll do

  • Track POC success against defined metrics and produce outcome reports quantifying business value.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, product support, analytics, or related roles.
  • 2+ years supporting AI/ML product work including scoping POCs and coordinating delivery.
  • Experience with SQL, data concepts (ETL, models), BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration across technical and business teams.
  • Experience working with ML/data science teams on model lifecycle and validation.
