What you'll do

Lead experimental campaigns at U.S. national laboratories and user facilities.
Develop high-throughput data acquisition pipelines using AI/ML tools for analysis.
Interpret complex datasets to identify root causes of performance limitations in quantum materials.
Communicate insights across disciplines, influencing material selection and device architecture decisions.

What we're looking for

PhD in Physics, Materials Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years experience in advanced characterization or quantum materials R&D.
Expertise in STM/STS, APT, and TEM.
Experience designing and executing complex characterization experiments.
Ability to interpret nanoscale structural and electronic data.
Track record of technical impact through publications or major programs led.
