As a Senior Quantum Materials MBE Engineer, you will join an interdisciplinary R&D team at Microsoft Quantum, focusing on developing and optimizing molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) growth processes for high-quality quantum materials. Your daily tasks include executing experiments to control interfaces, composition, strain, and defect density in semiconductor–superconductor heterostructures, while also contributing to the feedback loop between material properties and device performance through data-driven experimentation.
