What you'll do

• Execute billing processes in a secure SCIF environment.
• Manage E2E regional/global deployment of launches, identifying risks and mitigations.
• Provide input to launch design and ensure regional requirements are incorporated.
• Represent customers and partners throughout the launch process, ensuring alignment with expectations.
• Conduct structured post-mortems to incorporate learnings into future launches.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and business judgment skills for complex scenarios.
• Experience in managing change and projects with risk management and governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for leadership roles.
• Ability to work effectively across cultures and manage diverse virtual teams.
• Direct experience driving process improvements in dynamic environments.
