What you'll do

Coordinate end-to-end program planning, timelines, and resource needs for large-scale AI programs.
Identify gaps and drive resolution with product teams, engineers, researchers, and external partners.
Use data analytics to track progress and measure impact of quality and efficiency initiatives.
Proactively identify risks and propose solutions to ensure timely project delivery.
Communicate program strategies and results to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Work closely with infrastructure, data engineering, pre-training, post-training teams on projects.

What we're looking for

At least 6 years of experience in AI research, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
Strong background in managing cross-functional and cross-team projects.
Deep understanding of the pipeline for collecting data, training, evaluating, and serving language and multimodal models.
Experience working closely with AI researchers and engineers.
Proven ability to manage high-stakes, time-sensitive, large-scale programs.
Comfortable owning and coordinating projects across offices, teams, and time zones.
