What you'll do

  • Use data analytics to track progress and measure impact of quality and efficiency initiatives.
  • Proactively identify risks and propose solutions to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Communicate program strategies and results to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with infrastructure, data engineering, pre-training, post-training teams on projects.

What we're looking for

  • At least 6 years of experience in AI research, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
  • Strong background in managing cross-functional and cross-team projects.
  • Deep understanding of the pipeline for collecting data, training, evaluating, and serving language and multimodal models.
  • Experience working closely with AI researchers and engineers.
  • Proven ability to manage high-stakes, time-sensitive, large-scale programs.
  • Comfortable owning and coordinating projects across offices, teams, and time zones.
