The MIAM Identity Product Senior joins the Member Protection organization to shape enterprise member identity management. This role focuses on how members are verified, how identity assurance is maintained, and how identity fraud is detected and prevented across the member lifecycle. You will support the enterprise identity proofing strategy by translating business objectives and risk requirements into actionable service requirements for technology, architecture, and design teams. Key responsibilities include managing the identity proofing roadmap, conducting risk assessments, and building product business case artifacts. You will utilize expertise in fraud risk management, laws, and regulations to influence strategies. Required skills include experience in financial services, AML, compliance, or audit, along with knowledge of identity fraud typologies, biometric liveness, and synthetic identity screening within a regulated environment.
Translate identity strategy into well-scoped business requirements for member enrollment, re-verification, and profile recovery.
Apply fraud risk management expertise to influence business strategies and strengthen risk requirements on project action plans.
Convert business objectives and risk requirements into actionable identity service requirements for technology and architecture teams.
Build and support product business case artifacts to communicate the value proposition of proposed digital experiences.
Use data-driven problem-solving to report on product performance against established KPIs and KRIs.
Identify areas of opportunity using various tools to inform and track the implementation of product improvements.
Prepare compelling presentations and communications to coordinate discovery, development, delivery, and validation activities.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
6 years of operations experience in financial services, Fraud, AML, compliance, risk, audit, or third-party risk management.
4 years of fraud, compliance, risk, audit, or regulatory related experience with accountability for projects, programs, processes, or policies.
Experience supporting product development for a regulated, enterprise-scale capability including roadmap strategy and translating requirements into technical decisions.
Working knowledge of relevant laws, regulatory requirements, and compliance obligations related to enterprise identity proofing.
Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail in identifying identity fraud risks.
Strong communication skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams and with external regulatory agencies.
Experience in Product Management or Business Analyst roles involving authentication or Identity and Access Management (IAM) (preferred).
