What you'll do

  • Oversee execution of GC, Cx, AE contracts to ensure compliance.

What we're looking for

  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field with 7+ years experience.
  • Hyperscale data center or large building construction experience in an owner or general contractor capacity.
  • Experience developing and negotiating complex contract terms and conditions for services, construction, engineering, materials, and equipment installation.
  • Expertise in managing multiple contracts simultaneously with proficiency in contract management software.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects under various contract types including GMP, Stipulated Sum, Unit Rate Contracts, T&M, Incentive Fees.
  • Understanding of the entire lifecycle of contracting principles and legal terms and conditions.
  • Familiarity with commissioning standards (ASHRAE, NETA) and building codes.
