What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow implementations, including complex integrations.
  • Define platform architecture and interaction design to ensure cohesive and scalable solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams on development standards and best practices.
  • Evaluate and recommend integration frameworks aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Assess risks and dependencies for third-party integrations and platform enhancements.
  • Establish governance frameworks and organizational change management strategies.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience architecting solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations (20+ projects)
  • Expertise in ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript), and application development
  • Hands-on experience with Service Bridge/Service Exchange and Foundation Data Sync (FDS) integrations
  • Deep understanding of APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and integration design patterns
  • Hold relevant ServiceNow certifications like CMA or CTA and ITSM certification
