  • Act as the regional escalation point for complex delivery issues involving multiple teams.
  • Ensure consistent application of DCBM standards, processes, and controls across projects.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering hyperscale or AI-optimized data center environments.
  • Extensive experience (15+ years) managing complex data center projects and overseeing construction sequencing, commissioning, and operational handover.
  • Demonstrated leadership in people management with at least 10 years of experience mentoring and developing teams.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and with global leadership.
