What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience.
Proven track record of delivering hyperscale or AI-optimized data center environments.
Extensive experience (15+ years) managing complex data center projects and overseeing construction sequencing, commissioning, and operational handover.
Demonstrated leadership in people management with at least 10 years of experience mentoring and developing teams.
Strong executive presence and ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and with global leadership.
