What you'll do

  • Plan and execute field tests of robotic systems in diverse real-world environments.

  • Deploy and operate robotic platforms, including hardware setup and software provisioning.
  • Analyze field test data to produce clear and actionable reports for engineering teams.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues across the robot stack with engineering teams.
  • Identify process gaps in field deployment and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain detailed documentation on field deployment procedures and site-specific configurations.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering field and 5+ years of technical experience.
  • Master's Degree in a relevant engineering field and 3+ years of technical experience.
  • Hands-on experience deploying, operating, or testing robotic systems in real-world environments.
  • Familiarity with robotics middleware (ROS/ROS2), Linux-based systems, and sensor suites.
  • Experience with structured test planning, acceptance testing, and V&V methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Python for test automation, data analysis, and log processing.
  • Strong documentation skills for technical reports and issue tracking.
