What you'll do

  • Translate complex data and scientific priorities into actionable recommendations for field medical strategy and patient-focused decision-making.
  • Serve as a strategic consultant to leadership by framing ambiguous business questions and pressure-testing hypotheses.
  • Lead the development and improvement of insight capabilities, including advanced analytics and AI/ML applications.
  • Manage a team of US-based analysts while coordinating delivery with an international offshore team.
  • Own the customer universe and omnichannel targeting framework to ensure alignment with therapeutic priorities.
  • Drive cross-functional engagement with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated, enterprise-ready insights capabilities.
  • Lead strategic initiatives across the full lifecycle from problem definition through solution design and post-launch optimization.
  • Design and facilitate insight-driven forums to move leadership discussions toward measurable actions and trade-offs.

What we're looking for

  • A Doctorate with 4 years of relevant experience, or a Master's with 8 years, or a Bachelor's with 10 years in fields like Data Science, Engineering, or Statistics.
  • At least 4 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams, projects, programs, and resource allocation.
  • Experience as a strategic consultant to senior medical leaders to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical secondary data and analytics across various therapeutic areas (preferred).
  • Proficiency in advanced analytical methods including predictive modeling, scenario planning, and cohort studies (preferred).
  • Proven leadership presence to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across matrixed teams (preferred).
  • Ability to lead and coach high-performing analytics talent across onshore and offshore delivery models (preferred).
  • Strong data storytelling skills to communicate complex analyses in a concise and compelling way (preferred).
