What you'll do

Craft and maintain project implementation plans using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Maintain a multi-year roadmap covering dependencies between ML models, on-device systems, and product features.
Drive cross-functional delivery between ML research, systems engineering, and client teams like Photos and FaceTime.
Coordinate the path from model development to shipping, including integration, performance optimization, and quality validation.
Track and report project progress, risks, and opportunities to engineering partners and stakeholders.
Manage ML-driven programs including model training cycles, dataset dependencies, and moving research into production.

What we're looking for

5+ years of Project / Program Management in a high-tech environment.
Experience delivering customer-facing client-side software features or projects from concept through delivery.
Proven leadership on major, cross-functional software projects.
Strong technical proficiency in machine learning (AIML), computer vision, video, or graphics.
BS/MS in EE/CS/CE or equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills (preferred).
Experience managing ML-driven programs, including model training, evaluation cycles, and dataset dependencies (preferred).
Experience with on-device performance, power, and hardware acceleration trade-offs (preferred).
