Join Anduril’s Maritime team as a Mechatronics Engineer at the Costa Mesa HQ, where you will design and troubleshoot PCBAs for the Dive XL XLUUV, working closely with software, electrical, mechanical, and test engineers. Your daily tasks include requirements capture, schematic design, layout review, fabrication, assembly, bringup, and qualifications of boards that control vehicle payloads, sensors, actuators, and mission-critical subsystems in a pressurized subsea environment. You will use ECAD tools like Altium or KiCad for schematic capture through layout, debug at both the schematic and board level using oscilloscopes and multimeters, and manage relationships with PCBA fabrication and assembly vendors. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of professional experience in electrical/PCBA design, a BS in engineering, and proficiency in ECAD tools. Experience with rugged marine environments is preferred.
