What you'll do

  • Deploy globally to support customer-fielded AUV operations.
  • Lead troubleshooting and repair of AUVs in the field.
  • Master AUV operations and educate others on subsystems.
  • Gather and integrate customer feedback into training materials.
  • Liaise between customers, engineering, and operations for issue resolution.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience operating at-sea robotic systems, preferably in customer support.
  • Proficient in AUV maintenance, operations, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with hardware, software, and networking.
  • Comfortable using Linux, command line interfaces, and debugging software.
  • Willing to travel internationally for extended periods (30-45 days) OCONUS.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and pass U.S. Coast Guard Medical Certificate.
  • Excellent communication and customer management skills.
