  • Analyze technical trade-offs considering constraints, requirements, timelines, and quality.
  • Integrate electromechanical systems through the full product lifecycle from design to delivery.
  • Critically assess mechanical designs for user value, manufacturability, reliability, and reusability.
  • Interact with end-users to gather feedback and incorporate it into technical solutions.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and 4-8 years of professional experience.
  • Experience working on complex robotic systems across design, implementation, operation, and sustainment.
  • Ability to act as a technical contributor for complex subsystems, including stakeholder engagement and roadmap management.
  • Capacity to learn and grow individually while building team cohesion in a multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Top Secret security clearance required.
