What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with at least 5 years of experience.
Strong proficiency in solid modeling CAD tools and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) using ANSYS.
Extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, manufacturing methods, and government/industry standards.
Ability to apply MIL-STD-810 and J-STD-001 standards effectively.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with various engineering disciplines and program management.
