As a Mechanical Engineer 4 in the WETS Product Group, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing next-generation wet processing equipment for advanced semiconductor manufacturing. Your responsibilities include translating system-level requirements into detailed mechanical designs and layouts, creating critical deliverables such as FMEA reports and technical specifications, and providing technical guidance to junior engineers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Systems, Process, Electrical, Controls, and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure the successful delivery of high-performance tools that meet stringent cost, schedule, and quality targets. The ideal candidate has a strong background in 3D CAD tools like CREO or Siemens NX, hands-on experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and familiarity with wet processing technologies.
