What you'll do

Oversee maintenance and monitoring of HVAC infrastructure including air handlers, chillers, CRAC/CRAH units.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as filter changes, coil cleaning, lubrication, and calibration.
Troubleshoot and resolve system alarms and performance issues using building automation systems.
Conduct corrective maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, pumps, plumbing, control systems, and mechanical equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols for handling hazardous materials and maintaining a secure environment.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years experience maintaining and repairing HVAC and mechanical systems in critical facilities.
Expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics for various mechanical systems.
Experience supporting building electrical systems including UPS, generators, and switchgear.
Proficient with MS Office and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Possession of Universal EPA 608 certification and training in NFPA 70E electrical safety standards.
Strong communication skills with ability to document technical information clearly.
