What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience.
12–15+ years of professional software development experience, or 10–13 years with a Master’s Degree.
Strong backend development experience in languages such as Java Spring Boot and Hibernate.
Strong automated testing experience in end-to-end, regression, and integration testing.
Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), relational databases, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab), and agile project management software (Jira, Confluence).
Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) (preferred).
