What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in production test engineering or related role, preferably in aerospace
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and practices in aerospace manufacturing
  • Experience designing and developing test plans and automated systems for aircraft components
  • Ability to analyze test data, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems used in aircraft production preferred
