What you'll do

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or related field
10+ years of manufacturing experience and 5+ years in leadership roles
Lean manufacturing experience and strong knowledge of production management principles
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
