As a Product Quality Engineer for the Road Runner product at Ashville, Ohio, you will collaborate both internally and externally to establish and execute processes that ensure high-quality and reliable products. Your primary focus will be on driving continuous improvement through data collection and incident reporting, leading detailed design reviews, process development, verification, validation, and qualification of components and systems. You will also champion the transition from new product introduction (NPI) to sustainable manufacturing processes, focusing on root cause analysis and corrective action for field and reliability issues using methodologies like 8D, Lean Six Sigma, and DMAIC. The ideal candidate has experience in quality management for complex manufacturing environments and is proficient with tools such as Teamcenter, SolidWorks, Jira, Foundry, NetSuite, or Oracle.

What we're looking for
Experience leading root cause corrective action (RCCA) for complex issues using 8D, Lean Six Sigma, and DMAIC methodologies.
Working knowledge of design review and quality management in PCBA, harnessing, avionics, systems integration, composites, propulsion, and lethality systems.
Secret security clearance required.
Experience developing quality systems for low volume, high complexity manufacturing environments and suppliers.
