What you'll do

  • Develop manufacturing plans and tooling solutions for complex modifications and repairs.
  • Translate test equipment requirements into integrated, robust test solutions for production.
  • Define hole preparation requirements and develop complex designs for production support.
  • Manage cost and schedule compliance with EVMS requirements for direct activities.
  • Ensure staffing levels and talent development for technical experts supporting programs.
  • Drive performance efficiencies, team culture, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • At least five years of experience in Production Engineering, Design Engineering, Corrective Action, or Assembly Operations.
  • Three years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
  • Proficiency in Earned Value Management System (EVMS) for project management.
  • Technical expertise in F-35, F-22, and F-16 design and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in developing and managing producibility and affordability improvements.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills at executive and customer levels.
  • Ability to motivate teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
