Identify opportunities to improve quality and schedule through changes to build flow or new tooling.
Share lessons learned across production areas to enhance overall producibility.

What we're looking for

Bachelors' degree in STEM field from an accredited university.
At least 5 years of direct manufacturing engineering or related technical authority experience.
Demonstrated ability to drive design changes for reduced cycle times and costs.
Experience presenting at Program Design Reviews (SDR, PDR, CDR).
Fluent in SAP, MES, EPDM, Creo, and other CAD suites.
