  • Deliver Production and DFX Entry/Exit Criteria for Program SDR, PDR, & CDR events.
  • Identify opportunities to improve quality and schedule through changes to build flow or new tooling.
  • Share lessons learned across production areas to enhance overall producibility.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelors' degree in STEM field from an accredited university.
  • At least 5 years of direct manufacturing engineering or related technical authority experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive design changes for reduced cycle times and costs.
  • Experience presenting at Program Design Reviews (SDR, PDR, CDR).
  • Fluent in SAP, MES, EPDM, Creo, and other CAD suites.
