Join the Amazon Leo team as a Manufacturing Engineer and lead production development for a critical module on our next-generation spacecraft. What you'll do
Support operations team in resolving high-pressure technical escalations and quality issues.
Define and lead the design, procurement, installation, and qualification of new production equipment for capacity increases.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, or physics.
At least 2 years of experience in hardware design and validation.
Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles.
Strong background in root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
Experience with Low-Rate Manufacturing Environments and New Product Introduction.
Ability to lead the procurement and qualification of new production equipment.
