  • Drive automation of provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certification processes.
  • Develop team capability to operate effectively in an AI-ready infrastructure environment.
  • Establish strong succession planning strategies for critical IAM capabilities.

What we're looking for

  • Over 12 years of experience in identity and access management or cybersecurity engineering.
  • Proven leadership in growing and developing technical talent within engineering teams.
  • Hands-on expertise with enterprise IAM platforms like Okta, Savyint, CyberArk, AD.
  • Deep knowledge of core identity protocols including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, LDAP, SCIM.
  • Experience designing and operating large-scale identity solutions (tens of thousands of identities).
  • Track record of delivering complex platform engineering programs on time and within scope.
  • Strong understanding of modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, infrastructure as code.
