Ideal candidates have 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industries, advanced knowledge of pharma data sources, and expertise in data analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence tools.

What you'll do

  • Own and manage the overall strategy and operations of patient data across all TAs and Patient Services/Patient Experience.
  • Lead the governance program for patient data quality, ensuring compliance and resolving issues.
  • Oversee AI initiatives for improving patient data through tokenization and Superstacking.
  • Coordinate with internal partners on data validation and integration projects for new products.
  • Manage annual budgets and procurement processes related to patient data acquisition.

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of experience in patient data strategy and management in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of pharma data sources including first-party, second-party, and syndicated/secondary data.
  • Experience leading AI initiatives for patient data improvement and tokenization.
  • Strong understanding of data governance methodologies and compliance regulations.
  • Expertise in data analytics, machine learning concepts applied to business operations.
  • Proven ability to establish and lead external data partnerships with vendors.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and senior leadership engagement.
