What you'll do

Develop protocols and statistical analysis plans for clinical trials and scientific research studies.
Implement sound statistical methodologies for scientific investigations and data analysis.
Identify appropriate data collection instruments and report issues or violations of study assumptions.
Provide programming specifications for derived variables and analysis datasets to the Data Science team.
Perform independent statistical analyses and collaborate with programming teams to ensure timely delivery.
Evaluate software appropriateness and develop novel statistical methodologies for planned analyses.
Develop strategies for data presentation, inference, and the publication of scientific research.
Ensure accuracy and internal consistency of tables, listings, and figures in scientific reports.

What we're looking for

MS with 6+ years of experience or PhD with 2+ years of experience in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
Pharmaceutical experience or experience understanding drug development and life-cycle management in a regulated environment.
High degree of technical competence and effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to perform statistical computations and simulations.
Ability to identify data or analytical issues and provide solutions.
Ability to build strong relationships with peers and cross-functional partners.
Oncology specific experience (preferred).
Late phase trial experience (preferred).
