Develop and execute negotiation strategies for software licenses to align with IT’s long-term vision.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective acquisition and maintenance of software contracts.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize the utilization of software assets.
Provide guidance on technology and contract-related matters to engineering teams.
Cultivate and manage relationships with third-party vendors to support procurement goals.
Maintain expertise in IT industry trends and technological advancements relevant to vendor management.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in Information Technology or Software Engineering
3+ years hands-on experience with Datacenter, Infrastructure, Network and Cloud servers
2+ years of third-party technologies and vendor support management experience
Proven ability to solve complex business or technical problems and propose solutions
Excellent contracts management skills including cost, compliance, and utilization of licenses
Ability to translate technical requirements into business discussions with non-technical teams
Demonstrated leadership in managing contracts and driving successful outcomes collaboratively
