What you'll do

  • Lead and develop a team of software engineers and external contractors.
  • Own the delivery and sustainment of Blue Yonder WMS and Oracle Retail WMS systems.
  • Build and drive a support roadmap with SLA performance and incident response ownership.
  • Manage budgets, build business cases, and lead RFPs for technology projects.
  • Oversee third-party vendor relationships and manage service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Evaluate commercial off-the-shelf vs. custom solutions based on total cost of ownership.
  • Champion AI tool adoption across the full development lifecycle and stay updated with emerging technologies.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in software development lifecycle in enterprise environments.
  • At least 4 years of leadership experience in software engineering or systems teams.
  • Deep expertise in Object-Oriented Analysis, Design, and Development with Java/J2EE and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Proven ability to manage production systems, including SLA accountability and incident response.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors, SOW oversight, and performance reviews.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and leading AI adoption across teams.
  • Strong communication skills for executive-level presentations and cross-functional collaboration.
