What you'll do

Manage an engineering team to complete the full software development lifecycle from design to maintenance.
Identify product and technical requirements by collaborating with project stakeholders and conducting integration analysis.
Review software designs, web applications, and code for efficiency, testability, and technical feasibility.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on engineering methodologies, practices, and architectural choices.
Research and author technical documentation, including software designs, evaluation plans, and formal reports.
Train representatives and operations staff on internally developed software applications.
Monitor and evaluate competitive products, patents, and current industry practices.
Solve complex technical issues to support overall business operations.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or above.
5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
Experience with C/C++, DB design, and network programming.
Experience with large system software design, distributed systems, and mission-critical systems.
Experience managing 5 to 8 engineers.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Software Engineering Methodologies.
Experience with Golang is a plus (preferred).
Experience with Agentic AI in SDLC and advertising industry experience are pluses (preferred).
