Manager, Risk Operations Technology Programs

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Engineering Program Managers.
• Shape and drive alignment on the Risk Operations technical strategy to meet business goals.
• Partner with Risk Engineering and Product teams to execute the technical roadmap.
• Manage mission-critical technical processes, including the prioritization of the Risk Ops tooling stack.
• Coach team members by setting vision, providing consistent feedback, and managing hiring efforts.
• Directly lead high-priority technical programs that involve significant complexity or ambiguity.
• Evolve team structure and roles to adapt to evolving business needs.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience managing program managers who lead complex, cross-functional technical programs.
• Experience partnering directly with product and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle and/or go-to-market.
• Sufficient technical proficiency to clarify architecture, trade-offs, dependencies, and risks for leadership.
• Excellent analytical skills to digest complex information and make recommendations.
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Experience working in financial risk and compliance or at comparable tech companies (preferred).
